PROJECT OF THE WEEK(END): BROWN BUTTER POPSICLES

Even though these are indeed brown butter popsicles, that doesn't mean you should be imagining a stick of butter on a popsicle stick - this is how Emma from A Beautiful Mess blog, who's recipe I share as project for this week(end), described those tasty ice creams. And she is right. Oh boy, they are so, so, so yummy. And easy to make. Only problem that I had with these popsicles was wooden sticks. I searched all the shops in town and I could not find them anywhere. So, I used plastic one that I got with ice creams molds. They are not so fancy, but who care when this ice cream is so, so, so yummy.
